What we collect and why.

Website enquiries

When you contact us through the form, we receive your name, work email, company if you give it, and your message. We use it to reply and to keep track of the conversation. Nothing else.

We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to advertisers. If you would rather we deleted it, ask and we will.

Plant data

Sensor readings and everything derived from them belong to the customer, not to us. We process them to run the service described in the contract: calculating metrics, driving dashboards, and training the models on that tenant.

• Data from one customer is never used to train another customer's models.
• Export is available during the contract and at the end of it, in open formats.
• On termination, data is deleted on the schedule set out in the contract.

What we use it for

• Replying to demo requests and support enquiries.
• Provisioning and operating the account.
• Transactional email: account setup, alerts, billing.
• Meeting legal and tax obligations.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and there is no marketing automation following you around after you leave it.

Asking us to do something

You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact form and a person will handle it.
