Terms of service.

The service

KappaForge provides instrumentation and software for industrial operations. Scope, pricing and service levels are set per deployment in a written agreement, because what a plant needs varies with its equipment.

Prices published on this site are indicative and vary with compute needs. Instrumentation is quoted per installation and is not a list price.

Your responsibilities

• Keeping account credentials secure and deciding who has access.
• The accuracy of any configuration you supply, including formulas and thresholds.
• Operational decisions taken in your plant.

The platform reports and predicts. It does not control equipment, and it is not a substitute for the safety systems your plant already runs.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously and will tell you in advance about planned maintenance. Specific availability commitments, where they apply, are written into the customer agreement rather than promised here.

Ending the agreement

Either side can end the agreement on the notice period set out in it. On termination you can export your data in open formats, and we delete our copies on the agreed schedule.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, our liability is limited as set out in the customer agreement.
